How to write your own cute little cardboard background
Posted On June 20, 2021
The idea for the cardboard background came from a simple conversation with a friend of mine, a retired Air Force officer who was tired of all the noise in his office.
“I’m trying to do a background that will be easy to make and easy to clean,” he told me.
“And if you look at the internet, the biggest trend is people are using stickers on cardboard to make the background.
But why do you want to make a background like that?”
He was talking about stickers.
“Stickers on cardboard are the coolest thing I’ve ever seen,” he said.
And the more he thought about it, the more intrigued he was by the idea of a cardboard background.
Stickers were just a neat way to make cardboard background and the simple process of using the stickers to make something neat and interesting with them was quite fun.
I asked my friend what the best part of the project was.
“The stickers!” he said, grinning like a kid again.
I looked at him, still impressed by the project.
The next day, I went out to make some cardboard background for my office.
The next morning I woke up to find my desk covered in cardboard.
It was quite a surprise, but I didn’t care.
I knew I’d made the perfect cardboard background so I continued making my work.
The background was a beautiful design, but there were a few things that were missing.
There was no way to glue it together.
And it had to be cut and taped to the board in such a way that the paper would stay put.
So I had to make my own cardboard paper stencil.
The stencils I made would be sold on Etsy, where I would sell my handmade paper stenctions.
I also decided to make it a little bit different from the rest of the background I made, because my stencil would be smaller, more delicate, and more durable.
I used a glue that I made for my desk and a couple of pieces of tape that I had laying around.
I made them by hand and it was a little frustrating to use glue and tape because it took too long.
It took me about two weeks to finish the stencil and it didn’t look quite as nice as the rest.
But I did it.
My work for the week included a few stickers for a desk I had just finished repainting.
The week before Christmas I did a little painting project on the wall.
The paper I used was from the cardboard stencil, but the stencher I used made it look more like cardboard.
My finished stencil looks pretty good, but maybe it would be better to use a little more glue and paper for the next stencil I make.
But, I’m pretty happy with my work so far.
My friends and family have been enjoying it.
I know the stenchers will go fast and they look amazing, but if I ever need a bigger stencil that’s where I’ll be.
I’m very excited about this project.
My first step was to make an online shopping list to make sure I have the stenchcils in stock and ready for me.
When I saw the stenkits were available online, I knew that this would be a great opportunity to make more.
I wanted to make this project as fun and easy as possible.
I put my stickers on the shelf and looked at my list of things I wanted, like a Christmas present or a gift for a friend.
After a few days, I put the stenches on my desk.
When I picked up the stenks, I was amazed at the beautiful work they did.
I started to think of ways to make them more durable, because the cardboard is so fragile.
The stickers came out pretty durable, but they would break pretty easily, so I decided to use cardboard glue to keep them from falling off.
I applied glue to each side of the stenketches and let them dry overnight.
Then I put them in the freezer.
I placed them in a glass jar and put the jar in the refrigerator for a couple days.
I removed the jars from the refrigerator and filled them up with cold water.
I let them soak in the water for about three hours, and then I put in a lid and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
I then took them out of the refrigerator.
I poured the water out of each jar and placed the lid on top of the jars.
My friends and I were excited about how the stenched up paper looked.
I’m happy to report that they look fantastic.
My next step was taking them to the local art supply store to make paper stockings.
I chose a little green ink from the art supply shop and mixed it up with water.
The ink dried up quickly and the paper was ready to go.
I taped the stencks to the paper and hung them in my office so that they would last longer.
To keep the stencers safe, I placed a small plastic bag on top and filled it with water so that it would
